First of all, to my knowledge, there isn't an official store for ZZZ products outside of mainland China. Therefore, the "official store" you see may just be a claim from the seller.

As for the prices, while the products we sell on our website are all official ZZZ merchandise, we generally do not engage in marketing, which keeps our costs lower. The price you see is after we add a reasonable purchasing fee, along with procurement and shipping costs. Since there are only two of us and we don't do any advertising, our costs are relatively low.

Below is a breakdown of how tariff fees apply to your purchase:

Current Tariff Fee Structure
- An 8% flat tariff fee is automatically added to all orders shipping to the U.S.
- This fee is not included in the listed product prices and appears only during checkout.
Tariff Calculation & Payment Timing
- The tariff amount is calculated based on the rate at the time you place your order.
- We cannot guarantee future tariff rates (e.g., if the 8% rate increases).
Protection Against Future Rate Increases
- You only pay the tariff fee calculated during checkout, even if rates rise afterward.
- No hidden charges: If tariffs increase after your purchase, we will cover the difference. You will never be asked to pay extra.

All our prices are USD prices and the currency used is US Dollars. However we support Visa, MasterCard credit card payments and Paypal payments, the currency will be converted automatically.

There are generally two reasons for this. First, certain products are not listed due to shipping restrictions. Second, we do not offer items that are part of exclusive collaborations or limited releases.

Don't worry about ordering pre-order items and non-pre-order items at the same time affecting your shipment. As long as the price of the non-pre-order items you bought is more than 30 USD, we will package and ship them separately for you.

We have noticed that some users are concerned about the collection time being too long and worry about exceeding the refund period. You can rest assured that PayPal offers a refund period of 180 days, and for pre-order items, the waiting time is usually not as long, except for collectible figurines. Before we ship your order, you can contact us at any time for a refund. As a fellow gamer myself, I would be happy to keep any undelivered items as part of my own collection.

Delivery time = processing time + stock arrival time + shipping time

Stock arrival time is the main waiting period. This includes official merchandise pre-orders, which typically take around 90 days for delivery.

Once all your ordered products have arrived at our warehouse, they will be shipped together. You will receive an email notification once the shipment is dispatched. The estimated delivery time from the warehouse to your location is approximately 5 to 15 days.

This is a little late, but this figure is beautiful in person! It's heavy, comes with a small card, and has a sturdy foam housing. When I initially bought this, I had to wait a while before it shipped and arrived to my, and it was worth it!
